Delivery Details

  • Clarence Valley Region: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50* to the Clarence Valley Region, which includes the areas of Iluka, Yamba, Maclean, Brooms Head, Grafton, Tully Morgan, Woody Head & surrounding suburbs in New South Wales. Enjoy the convenience of having fresh seafood delivered directly to your doorstep.

  • Orders Outside Clarence Valley Region: We regret to inform you that we do not have the capacity to deliver fresh produce outside of the Clarence Valley. If you place an order for delivery outside these regions, it will be refunded.

  • Flat Rate for Orders Under $50*: For orders within the Clarence Valley Region with a total value under $50*, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be applied to cover the cost of delivery.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information, including a valid delivery address and contact details, to ensure a smooth and successful delivery process. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the products delivered do not match the transaction made. If you believe that there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to address the matter.
